Christmas Shipping & ReturnsLast shipping date for UK mainland orders is Thursday 22nd December, orders must be placed before 4pm. All orders placed through December until the 22nd can be returned up until Saturday 7th January 2012, our standard returns policy applies.
Bank HolidaysOrders due to be shipped/delivered on a bank holiday will be delayed due to our courier company not operating on these days.
All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt.
Free Delivery Offer
Free delivery is offered to customers in mainland England, Scotland & Wales with an order exceeding £100.
This cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, sale items do not count towards the £100.
All customers outside of mainland England, Scotland & Wales will receive a delivery discount of £4.95 on orders over £100.
Any orders returned where free shipping was applied will have £4.95 deducted from the total refund, this is to cover postage costs. Orders that are part returned will only be charged postage costs if the value of the kept item(s) drops below £100.
UK Deliveries
All UK next day deliveries must be ordered before 2pm. Orders after this time may not be posted for a further 24 hours.
Next day delivery is only available when ordering Monday - Thursday. For reference a table of order days - delivery days is shown below.
International Deliveries
All International delivery times are approximate.
Customs and import duties are charged once a parcel has reached it's destination country. Any charges incurred are to be paid by the parcels recipient.
